02. Free Consult
After receiving a request for a free consultation, we will arrange a suitable appointment with you to visit your home. During our visit, we will, with your permission view your home, discuss your renovation requirements, determine your budget and discuss our payment options.
03. Proposal
Based on the initial consultation, we will come up with a renovation proposal tailored to suit your budget and requirements.
04. Acceptance
Once you’re happy with the quote and wish to go ahead, simply sign the necessary Renovate Your Real Estate documentation and return to us.
05. Renovation
Once you approve our proposal and the paperwork is in place, our experienced Builder and renovators will begin the renovation project and complete it on time and on budget.
06. Payment
Dependent on the payment option chosen, payment is made when your home is sold if you chose the ‘pay after your home is sold option’ or final payment will be made if you chose to pay via instalments. If you opt for finance, this will be paid direct to us from the finance company.

Q. WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE RENOVATE YOUR REAL ESTATE?
The cost of a cosmetic renovation depends on a range of factors such as the scope of the renovation (i.e., the current condition of your home, whether you are replacing or updating rooms such as your kitchen or bathroom, quality of fittings and materials used and labour costs etc). We will discuss this with you during our free consultation and will provide a fully itemised quotation for you to review.
Q. HOW MUCH WILL MY RENOVATION COST?
Renovate Your Real Estate comprises a group of insured, qualified and experienced tradespeople who are passionate about cosmetically renovating homes. When you engage Renovate You Real Estate, our Builder will oversee all works done and manage all of our sub-contractors. Our trades people and sub-contractors are screened and vetted to ensure they can demonstrate Renovate Your Real Estate professionalism, work ethic and dedication to quality. Q. WHO WILL DO MY RENOVATION?
If your home is being completely renovated with our Cosmetic Renovation Package, you will have to move out temporarily whilst the renovation is being carried out. On average, we do turn these renovations around in 6-8 weeks, but this is dependent on the condition of your home, the scope of the renovation and any weather delays. If you choose to do some upgrades to your home, generally speaking you can still stay in your home whilst these are being done.
Q. DO I NEED TO MOVE OUT WHILST MY RENOVATION IS BEING DONE?
Renovate Your Real Estate specialises in cosmetic home renovations. These are strategic changes that create an uplift in value such as painting, a new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, fixtures and fittings etc. They are typically not structural in nature, or require extensive re-modelling, although small structural changes like opening a room up by taking out walls or small extensions are within the scope of our renovations.
